    Step 4: Schedule your delivery.

    Step 5: When you complete the rental, call our call center and plan with our relocation consultant.


  • What do I need to rent furniture?

    You can visit our stores or dealers to rent furniture. Our Rental Specialist friends will share with you the most suitable solution in line with your needs.

    If you wish, you can create your pre-order by adding the products you want to rent on our website to your cart, thus speeding up your transactions in our stores.

    • After you determine the products you want to rent and your rental period, you can make your payment according to the payment type you want.
    • You can make your payment by credit card, if you wish, you can make your rental with monthly payments as a result of the Identity and Risk Verification processes.

  • Is an advance or deposit required to rent a product?

    You do not need to pay a bulk advance or deposit before the rental.

    A certain amount of insurance cost is reflected in the amount you have to pay. This amount will be included in the total rental amount and will be collected from you in monthly installments.

  • Do I need to sign a contract for the rental?

    We have a simple contract that you have to sign for the products you want to rent. The contract includes terms such as basic rental, payment, return, and damage policy.


  • Can I buy furniture/items at the end of the rental period?

    Certainly! Mobilya Kirala gives you the option to purchase your furniture once your rental period has expired.

    While your monthly payments will not be added to your purchase price, Mobilya Kirala will offer you the furniture at an affordable price.

  • Mobilya Kirala, at least how long does it rent furniture?

    Mobilya Kirala's minimum rental period differs for residential and office furniture rental options.

  • Does Mobilya Kirala just rent new furniture?

    We do not guarantee that the items in Mobilya Kirala's inventory are always unused. Some of the products you rent may have been rented by other customers before.

    In this regard, we attach great importance to the safety of our products. Our care, cleaning, and maintenance service for each item delivered to you help ensure that every piece of furniture we deliver to you is clean, disinfected, and in showroom condition, otherwise, we won't rent it!


  • Does Mobilya Kirala rent home furnishings and small appliances?

    Yes! Mobilya Kirala offers homeware packages with all the items you need for your kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, so your place is ready to move in - all you need is a toothbrush!

    We also rent electronics and small appliances, including TVs, and large appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, and microwave ovens.

  • What should I do at the end of my lease?

    At the end of your rental period, you can choose one of the following options:

    • You can nothing and continue to rent on the current terms.
    • By opting for a change in your home, you can change your products for a new look.
    • You can return your furniture by choosing to complete your rental.
    • You can buy some or all of the parts you can't live without and return the rest.


  • Do I need to share any documents for rental?

    We require some documents from you to carry out your rental transactions.

  • How does your cleaning process work?

    Our main priority in what we do is the safety of our customers and employees. That's why we take great care in the hygiene of our products.

    All of our products go through high-standard cleaning processes. You can use the rented products with peace of mind.

  • How long does it take for the products I rented to be delivered?

    Upon completion of the payment and signature processes, our customer support team will contact you to plan the most convenient delivery date for you.

  • How will the delivery and installation of my furniture be done ?

    Our delivery team will provide the installation by delivering the product according to your time schedule and preference. Delivery is carried out only to the address specified in the contract and to the relevant person.

  • How much is the delivery fee?

    The furniture you will rent will be delivered to all point of Turkey for free.


  • Service and Maintenance

  • How does the pre-delivery cleaning process work?

    • All furniture is cleaned and disinfected. We’re giving a special attention to such points of contact as chairs, hard surfaces and lamp knobs.
    • In accordance with the rules of the Ministry of Health, the mattresses are disinfected and then placed in hygiene bags for transportation.
    • All furniture is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and placed in new hygiene bags for transportation.
    • All electronic and remote-controlled devices are cleaned and disinfected.
    • All dishes, pots, glass and silverware are cleaned and disinfected in commercial washers at high temperature and placed in hygiene bags.
    • All bed linen and towels are for single use.


  • How does your cleaning process work during delivery?

    • Our teams, hand sanitizer, mask, disposable gloves and Ministry of Health approved cleaners and disinfectants are always used during your delivery and installation.
    • Cleaners and disinfectants approved by the Ministry of Health are used.
    • Focusing more on surfaces, electronic devices, lamps and wall paintings, we thoroughly clean, disinfect and wipe-dry our products before leaving.
    • All furniture is removed from new bags and placed in your place with disposable gloves.
    • All dishes, pots, glass, silverware and linen are removed from their packages and placed in place with new disposable gloves.
